About the Free Bill Review
Yes, completely. Reviewing your energy, broadband and mobile bills costs you absolutely nothing. There are no hidden charges, no admin fees and no costs at any stage of the process, whether you decide to switch or not. Julie earns a commission from Utility Warehouse only if you choose to switch, and only if that switch is right for you.
No. Comparison websites show you a list of deals and leave you to figure out the rest yourself. Julie reviews your specific bills personally, understands your household situation and gives you one clear, honest recommendation. She also handles the switch for you and stays available as your personal contact long after the switch is done. No comparison website does that.
Julie Ellis is an independent Utility Warehouse Partner based in Hartford, Northwich, Cheshire. She has been helping households across the UK review their energy, broadband and mobile bills since 2016. She is not employed by any energy, broadband or mobile provider and is not a comparison website. She works with Utility Warehouse to help households find a better deal where one is genuinely available.
Julie reviews energy (gas and electricity), broadband and mobile bills. She can review one, two or all three in a single conversation. She can also help you combine all three onto one simple monthly bill if that suits your household.
Yes. Julie works with households across the whole of the United Kingdom. Wherever you are based, you can get in touch by phone, WhatsApp or the contact form and Julie will be happy to help.
How It Works
The initial conversation takes around 10 minutes. You tell Julie about your current setup and what you are paying, and she takes it from there. She then does the research and gets back to you with what she found at a time that suits you.
You do not need to have anything ready before you get in touch. Julie will ask you a few simple questions about your current providers and roughly what you pay each month. That is enough to get started.
Julie will get in touch at a time that suits you for a friendly conversation about your current bills. She then researches whether there may be a better option available for your household and comes back to you with what she found. You then decide what happens next. There is no pressure at any stage.
No. If you decide not to switch, Julie will respect that completely. There are no follow up sales calls, no pressure emails and no awkward conversations. The review is there to give you information, not to push you into a decision.
Switching and What Happens Next
Absolutely not. There is no obligation whatsoever to change anything. Julie gives you the information and the decision is entirely yours. If you decide not to switch, that is completely fine.
Julie will check whether switching mid contract makes financial sense for your household, taking into account any exit fees. If it does not make sense right now, she will let you know when a better time to switch might be and can follow up with you at that point if you would like.
Julie handles the whole process from start to finish. You do not need to call any providers, fill in any forms or spend time on hold. Julie sorts everything out and lets you know when it is done.
In almost all cases, no. Switching energy, broadband or mobile providers is designed to be seamless. Julie will explain exactly what to expect before the switch happens so there are no surprises.
Julie is available to help if things do not go smoothly. You have one person to contact rather than a call centre, and Julie will do everything she can to help resolve any issues on your behalf.

It is known for bundling these services onto one simple monthly bill and offering customers ongoing cashback on their bills. Julie is an independent Partner who helps households find out whether Utility Warehouse is the right option for them.
